Are you using any third political party programme to customize or personalize desktop icons?
If you have upgraded to Windows x recently and you lot have third party programs installed to customize desktop, I would suggest y'all to uninstall them every bit they would create conflicts with Windows.

I am non using third party programs to customize my computer.
And that link that you sent does non indicate a way in which I can make the taskbar icons any bigger.

Alright folks, you have to get to Settings first, and then go to Display, then and if you got multiply displays You select the display you want that has your Task BAR on information technology. Me, 3 displays and mines to the left top!
Side by side y'all go and motion the slider to the right that's asking y'all "Change the size of text, apps, and others items" and movement that bar to the right and this will increment your ICON SIZE. It happens after you printing "Employ". Likewise, choices are 125%, 150%, etc.
NOTE; You may have to make your Task Bar larger, i.e. increase how tall it is by using your arrows to motion it to make it taller!
Mine looks kind of discombobulated but I'1000 happy with it. I actually have two (ii) rows now!

P.S. Single screens trouble is that this will give you less room for the web folio or whatsoever you are looking at when yous increase your task bar size!

waste answer, everyone knows this options. Problem is that icons are to small even used this options (and unchecked "use small-scale icons" in options on taskbar) on larger resolution.

Hullo , I have been trying all different options to become icons larger in task bar , the all-time I came upwardly with is a program called vii+ taskbar tweaker that works with Windows x only thing is it will simply enlarge left manus side icons in task bar, right hand task bar icons do not enlarge, I am still trying to find something meliorate , I will post back more if I notice a meliorate program, good luck Scott.

Hello, I tried your method. I think the vii+ taskbar tweaker is very useful. Nonetheless I still cannot enlarge the icons in job bar. Can yous explicate to me with a little more than detail?

OK the deal is this program 7+ taskbar tweaker will only enlarge icons on left side of task bar , not correct side , and the way to do it is right click on the tweaker icon in the task bar correct side then select avant-garde then scroll downward to large icon option and change value from zero to 1 then you will see left hand side icons get bigger but right hand side icons stay the same size, good luck this has been a problem since I upgraded from Windows 7 to ten be conscientious trying to fix so many errors that system ends up non fixable, I had to go back to Windows seven to many errors and problems.
